POLICY

You may return all goods for a refund within 14 days of receiving them. All returned items must be in their original condition with tags intact. Please be careful when trying on your garment, as we cannot refund any items that are marked or scented with tan, make up, perfumes or cream. Unfortunately we cannot exchange stock, refunds only. Sorry, but all postal costs are non-refundable. The responsibility of these costs remain with the buyer unless an error with your order has been made on our behalf i.e. sent damaged or wrong item, colour, style or size.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

All postal costs are non-refundable to international destinations .Please note that our garments are stocked as per U.K. size chart. Before placing an order with us please ensure to check comparable sizes in your country due to international size variations. Although we love to send our beautiful outfits to distant places, we want our international customers to be happy and avoid any confusion or disappointment.

RETURNING AN ITEM

Before returning goods please let us know in advance by emailing info@bellafashionqueen.uk We recommend goods being returned are sent using a recorded/insured service as we cannot be held responsible for any goods which may go missing or become damaged during transit with courier. Be sure to include you invoice or a note stating you’re receipt/order number and name. Please allow up to 7 working days for our team at Bella HQ to process and issue your refund.
